We collect information from you when you interact with us. We need to be able to get in touch with you to progress business. We shall not knowingly disclose this information to any third party.

We do not take payments via the website or collect or hold credit or payment card details.

Use of data

We need to obtain enough information to be able to communicate with people who contact us. We need to know peoples names so we can address them correctly, and communicate either via mail or phone. Without the ability to do this and to answer questions and interact we cannot operate our business or trade.

We also sometimes need to send to our customers updates and provide important or essential information which relate to us.

We respond to support either by email or by phone or both.

Our clients are usually also other businesses.

At this time as a matter of policy, we do not engage in direct marketing, nor do we mail shot our clients.
